• Returns: You may return any non-custom item within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging for the full refund.
• Custom Items: Please note that custom or personalized items are final sale and CANNOT be returned or refunded.
• Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at chevyartistry@gmail.com for further instructions. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3 business days.

All of our items are made to order with care, which means your custom products will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days of your order being placed. Once your order is ready, it will be shipped via USPS using standard shipping.

Express Shipping:

• If you need your order sooner, we offer an express shipping option at an additional cost. Please select this option at checkout for faster delivery.
