All of our items are made to order with care, which means your custom products will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days of your order being placed. Once your order is ready, it will be shipped via USPS using standard shipping.

Standard Shipping:

• Orders are processed and shipped through USPS. Delivery times may vary based on your location, but standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days once your order has shipped.

Express Shipping:

• If you need your order sooner, we offer an express shipping option at an additional cost. Please select this option at checkout for faster delivery.

Processing Time:

• Please note that processing time for made-to-order items is 7 to 10 business days, and shipping times are calculated after the order has been processed.

At, Chevy Artistry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund. Please review the details below:

• Returns: You may return any non-custom item within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging for the full refund.
• Custom Items: Please note that custom or personalized items are final sale and CANNOT be returned or refunded.
• Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at chevyartistry@gmail.com for further instructions. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3 business days.
